CollX: Sports Card Scanner

It would be 5 star, because I think this is by far the best platform to sell from, but there's a lot of flaws and glitches where it makes it very, very frustrating with the scanner and searching. Plus it just glitching out when you're trying to search for stuff, and you basically got to uninstall and reinstall It. Just had to again this morning. I don't know if it's for android phones or all.

Had to change my review. Not as good as I thought. SO MANY APP GLITCHES! All of the cards I had liked disappear every few months, the scanner doesn't usually work and scan+ is 10× worse, search bar doesn't work every few months, and a handful more of small problems. It's getting really annoying. However I do love the community and I have 1,000s of sales. Also, I'd love it if CollX would add a way to write a review instead of just a 1-5 star rating. Thanks for listening to me whine and complain😂

Scanning is great when it works but periodically it will go through periods of time in which no matter what you attempt to scan, it will be unable to recognize the card. It almost feels like whatever AI they're feeding the cards to on the back end it hitting a token limit for a period of time and cutting off access. Otherwise when it does work the app is great.

This is an great platform for buying and selling, but there are major flaws. First, customer service is terrible. The app provides shipping labels, but the labels dont track properly in the app, leading to packages not being shown as shipped... when trying to resolve, customer service needs more proof than the active tracking (which clearly shows movement - I get if theres no movement). How?? They also sometimes just don't answer customer support messages. Theres more but i only have 500 charact

Collx does not have updated prices or labels on far too many cards. For a trading card app to not regularly update iconic cards, such as the '93 SP Derek Jeter, is ridiculous. I have sent multiple messages about these issues with no response. If they remedy this issue, I'll amend my rating. I primarily use Collx as an inventory tool, and in that way, it's useful. Two stars for being a storage unit.
