Cash Giraffe: Games & Rewards

When I first downloaded this app I loved it. However, the more I used it the worse it got. It didn't count half of my "achievements" or the levels I beat. When I attempted to cash out, I got nothing. It was supposed to be an egift card but nothing ever showed up (not even in my spam folder). And sending emails to customer service always got the same answer. Some games can take up to 24 hours to show levels beaten (keep in mind this was everyday for 3 months) and never got an actual response.

Very disappointed. I wasted my time gathering enough points to cash out to PayPal and of course, it doesn't work. The screen it takes you to in order to login to PayPal is so glitchy that it's impossible to enter your info. The screen just keeps flashing on and off and won't even allow the keyboard to be brought up. Support team has been no help. Don't waste your time!

I'm pretty new to this but I got enough points to cash out for a coupon offer. 45% off select items on Amazon. Cool. My issue is, it redirects me to Amazon and I'm left with a blank screen. Not thrilled by this experience. I'd give 1 star but I added a star because I fell in love with a game I never would have played otherwise. But yeah. So far, not the experience I was hoping for

it does pay, but they continuously change the payout amounts while you are in the game. I played a game for 52 minutes at 402 points per 3 minutes, and when I went back into cash giraffe, they had changed it to 460 per 10 minutes. its really fun and does pay, just make sure you check the game requirements directly BEFORE playing, so you know what they changed it to, and make sure its still worth it.

This app started out with no problems, their gems (points) awarded almost immediately; but then once you get to the bigger reward they stop. service tickets get sent, then an automated email tells me they couldn't look at my issue and re-submit. I have submitted the same issue 3 times now. they're making their money, of course all the ads work.
