The app is unusable. If you need a tow (ya know, like one of the major functions of the app), you'll just get a spinning loading wheel while it tries to open the map for locations to select. The ONLY plus of the app is having the card number readily available so I don't have to carry it in my wallet, but don't expect the app to function in any other useful way.

Constantly logs out. Even when logged in acts like you aren't. Pay a bill? Add info "without logging in". Need a quote? Type in all your info they already have, just to be redirected back to the same screen or be told to call a number. The only thing that works is roadside. That's it. But good luck using it if you forgot your password. Removing a star because now they added an email verification code to use the app every time its opened. Can you make it LESS convenient? Thanks.

When I login it sends a verification code to my email however, the email is delayed and the system times out! I can't get into my account! I had no problems in the past. Ever since they added the email verification I'm locked out of my account Even when I try the website it's the same problem this needs to be fixed and there should be an option to send code to your phone number as a text

Looks pretty perfect. I did however miss a payment because my card was canceled and I forgot to add the new card. When I went to add it for automatic withdrawal, I thought it would just take it. It does not, even with the automatic withdrawal selected. I got the notice in the mail, so that made me look again. That should have been an easier process, like asking me "would you like to pay now?" after entering my card. (A week ago.).

Like most users are commenting, I am unable to use the app after updating. Can't record journeys, request roadside assistance, etc. App automatically closes when I try to open it. I have uninstalled and reinstalled it numerous times. I have cleared my cache and cookies, and it still doesn't work. I use the drive safe program to lower my insurance premiums, but how is that going to happen if the app doesn't record the journeys. Hopefully, there will be another update to fix these issues.
