the thought is there but the follow through is not. price keeps going up. I report issues and they repeat them back to me. today it says I have no more documents left yet I paid for the year. so in the middle of our busiest season I'm left with no I voice app, for the second year in a row because last spring they started showing as read Instantly and no one was receiving them (still not completely fixed). there's no update available so what now? what did I pay for?!

After being a long time customer and paying for a yearly subscription of $59, they are forcing you to a $199 yearly subscription. it used to be you get unlimited invoices with your plan. Now they limit the amount of invoices per month. To get unlimited, I need to pay more than triple I was paying before. I am not giving this greedy company 1 more cent of my business. Who is to say they won't triple their price at a later date? Can you really trust a company that would do that?

this app was charging me for 2 subscriptions but was only allowing me to use the lower subscription. 3 invoices a month was all i was allowed to create. The other subscription prices continue to go up. they don't notify you of price hikes; just charge your account. The other subscription was unlimited for $150; but I was never allowed to use it. canceling. No refund was given

This app is getting worse not better. Not only is it not fully customizable, it's no longer saving estimates and invoices that I sometimes spend an hour writing! Last week a paid invoice disappeared completely before I could send it to the customer. BTW, that was a three page description of the work we performed, yeah I had to rewrite the whole damn thing. I don't even reply to support since nothing they suggest will retrieve these. Look elsewhere unless you enjoy wasting your time writing.

Had the app for about a year now kind of wish there was an option to pay annually instead of monthly. Other than that app is simple and easy to use. Easily worth $15 a month or whatever it is. 5 stars. edit after 6years : Well now it's $20 a month and the app won't even let me past this subscription error. $20 a month for an app that doesn't even work? 2 stars.
