Horrible. You can't sync or display your schedule with your phone's calendar. There's no widget to easily see your work schedule. There's no notification that a new schedule is posted and no alarm or notification when you have an upcoming shift. You can't see what other coworkers you're scheduled to work with. You can't use the app to clock in, as it continuously says that you're NOT on the job location. All of these are standard features on other scheduling apps.

Fix your app! For months now logging into the mobile app is a nightmare! An endless loop of MFA that goes nowhere, just back to the login screen. If I need to login to the app to view my paystub, request time off, approve my timecard, etc. I have to uninstall and reinstall the app, and then can only login once! And it's not my phone or service or anything on my end, this is how it is for EVERYONE at my workplace. If I didn't have to use this app to clock in and out I wouldn't!

I need to download my pay stubs every 2 weeks, and I have to enter my password to constantly re-enable biometrics, it doesn't hold that, so the next time I log in I have to look up my password again making the biometric login basically useless. It has been this way for quite a number of updates, and when I do update, I also have to look up my password to re-enable biometric login which doesn't stay when I use the app again.

The app seems to work fine, but there's nothing I hate more than "remind me later" buttons for tax software ads. I'm well aware of the existence of TurboTax, and never want to be given a pop-up or banner telling me about how great they are. I also don't care about Wisely. I literally just want to see my own information and no ads for service I find repulsive.

I'll try to come back and update -- but I'll give you this caution: you'll have to uninstall and reinstall the app roughly once a month to get it to sync & save your time clock punches. it logs you out automatically, then says "we couldn't sync your punches; we'll try again next time you sign in" but the syncs are never successful. reloading the page doesn't work. force stopping the app doesn't work. you have to completely uninstall and reinstall.
