long time chatgpt user. I recently switched to Claude and wow! I'm not a fan of the rate limits on free, but I'm still deciding if I want to migrate everything over and start giving this company my money. I know for a fact I'm done giving the other company any money. This AI is very personable and easy to use. It has a lot of knowledge of the things I use it for (acrylic painting) and good suggestions/ideas. I tried this app about six months ago & didn't like it at all. It's definitely improved!

Claude used to be great. I upgrade when needed, and used the free version at times when pro is not needed. Now the free version cuts me off after only a few short messages. Forcing me onto another AI platform for casual use. I now upgrade on the other AI when I need pro, because it's the one I'm already using. Increasing limitations and forcing customers onto other AI platforms is a terrible strategy for making money. Just ask Claude, he will tell you.

the service is fine, but I'm having an issue with cross-platform use. I pay for the pro version (bought on the web page) but the app doesn't reflect that. I emailed customer service with the invoice attached, but nothing other than a bot response. It's been three days, not sure if I'll hear back. I'm definitely going to cancel if I can't get the app to reflect my account accurately.

Never can perform the tasks it claims to be able to. You will spend hours, sometimes days working out prompts just for the bot to come in at the end and tell you there's some built in security feature that won't let it perform as advertised. Its a bloated, over-sold, under performing, pile that I would swear was built off of leftover Netscape Navigator frames code.

I absolutely love Claude! But the issue is the app on both IOS and Android the live voice function does not work at all. I can say what I need to say but whenever he starts speaking back, it cuts off and they go over the same thing over and over again. It seems like even in a quiet space it thinks that it's hearing background noise but there's no background noise.
