5★This is the best Lenten program I have come across in years! It's not only for those just getting their feet wet in the faith, but a challenge for those who want to grow stronger. Father Columba is awesome! He gives us so many ways of looking into things just a little different. My mantra that I keep in mind from his talks is the word "ouch". Lent should have just a bit of ouch in it! Good reminder when it doesnt!

4★I love the enthusiasm of the Ascension App. I'm only a week in and trying to get acquainted with all of the features. I retain better when I can listen and read at the same time, so my 4 star rating is because I would like to hear the daily readings as well, so I can follow along or listen to them while I drive on my commute. I'm praying for each and everyone of you! 🤗💝

3★Firstly, the app is good. I've been listening to the Bible in a Year podcast every day so far this year, and been doing the daily readings + more. I think the overall content of the app and how it is arranged is good. There are just some issues, specifically with loading. I have to restart my phone to open the app, and everything takes 1-3 minutes to load. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling but now I can't log back in with my e-mail. This is the only app I have these issues with on my phone.

3★It started out great and over the last month has really declined. I started using this app on a regular basis at the beginning of the year and have been following the catechism in a year podcast as well as the rosary in a year podcast. In the past month or so the format has changed, its hard to find the podcasts, finding where you left off and getting to the podcast episode menu is glitchy. There is no longer a % status for progress. I wanted to do the Bible in the year in January but probably

4★The content is glorious. However, the app is so poorly optimized that it's hard to explore without getting frustrated. Like an old Excel file that you keep jamming information into until it slows to a crawl. On that note: Not a fan of the recent UI update and removing podcasts as a tab. Probably had too much engagement and they wanted to redirect people to the other (paid) content, which would be fine if it didn't take so long to load any other content.
