Authenticator App

Absolute mess of ads from the moment you open it. Almost every screen you switch to brings up a full screen prompt to pay for a subscription. Simply opening the app leads to an advertisement. Let alone the double ads from trying to add an account. Not worth it in the slightest. Tried to use it for work and gave up after attempting to open links provided by the company only to have them completely ignored by the app I'm trying to connect to.

Makes it almost impossible to cancel trial. I still haven't found how to cancel it yet. Have 2 more days until it charges me for a year. I have not received the email it said would be sent 2 days left in the trial period. I was hoping to cancel in there. Do not get this app, Google authenticator is free and amazing. Play store needs to stop putting these suggested apps at the top when one types in the specific name of another app in the search bar as well.

The biggest scam ever. I try to export and import my authenticator from one phone to another, and I have to pay to do that, because the import and the export options are behind a paywall. And now I risk losing a very important account and I don't want to spend 16 euros just on a single feature. Won't even be surprised if this gets an automated reply or something saying I'm at fault.

I would like to request a refund on google play but it got declined telling me to go to the app's developer instead but there is no customer service or whatsoever to find please can i get a refund

all I wanted, is to access my email platform with my own credentials. But Microsoft I guess think that I must be too brain dead to remember it, so it forced me to download the authenticator app to access my email. I'll have to find another platform, not interested in this type of "force" to access.. this is insane
