I don't write a ton of reviews, but I used the app and service for the first time and, from end-to-end, it was truly an outstanding experience. The whole process, product, app, etc; all of it was easy, quick, and intuitive. My wife was floored and so excited when I sent it to her. It made her birthday. I'll never be able to top this gift for sure. Prices are absolutely reasonable IMO for what you're getting; a priceless and personalized moment the recipient can cherish forever.

Organized terribly. Very hard to find people you would like to see options on. Narrowing the search is almost impossible. It would be nice to have a way to put in let's say a sport type or a genre of movie and then it give you popular actors that have been in let's say famous horror movies. It could use some work but I'm willing to go up cause I love the concept depending on the price. Sometimes you can find a hidden gem on something you'd like but everything is pretty much at least $100.

Ordering is easy and works great. The chat however. Not so much. Depending in the mood of the app depends on if it goes through. Also in 1 year the price for chat went from 7.99 to 10.99. Plus if in a serious conversation you have only a certain amount of characters that you can use. Then you have to send and possibly send another message and spend more money. They have gift cards but only works for however much you have. Cameo should possibly look into a monthly charge for chatting.

Restrictions on the # of characters is maddening. You can't even write out a small paragraph to get a good cameo. Don't expect anything much, only being able to lay out 3 facts. Also, if the celebrity writes you a message, sometimes you can respond because the text box doesn't pop up. Then good luck finding how to get back to the message. This app isn't that great.

I really like this app. It's the only way I can connect with my favorite person, but with that said, there have been many bugs here lately. I have to reenter my card info every time I send a message. A lot of the time I get, "not delivered," when sending messages. And now there is always notification dots even after I've checked the messages.
