Zangi - Private Messenger

There is a huge problem with groups using up enormous amounts of data and memory. Every time I joined a group, it overloaded my phone's memory and caused it to crash within minutes. Auto download was turned OFF but it still did it anyway. The worst part was not knowing WHAT it was downloading beyond my control. I went through this several times with different settings. Each time, my phone would seize, and I had to use recovery mode to unfreeze it. Zangi's group feature is completely unusable

It's a pretty good app, everything seems to work BUT, with iPhone, you can hang up via Bluetooth. Using android, you have to search for the damn app, open it, find the phone call then hit the red hang up button, pain in the A$$. You might have to reboot several times to get your connection to work but OK when it actually does. When using Zangi group chats, I often experience issues where I can't receive messages from others, or others can't receive mine. Additionally, on iOS systems, upgrading the app causes it to crash instantly. Many people are facing this exact problem, and the only workaround is to uninstall and reinstall it. With latest updates, message send/receive reliability is a bit hit and miss. in 1 of my group chat (not all), I'd see notification of an incoming message, but the message doesn't show up in the app even after 24 hours, it seems to have lost. That suggests the messages are not sync properly within Zangi. further messages are not coming thru neither, i had to re-create the group to make it better, but it's still 100% resolved even with that. Please look into that as it is a baseline function.

Garbage. Video recording does not stop when button is pressed. Button does not become a stop button, so stopping a recording is impossible. Since the purpose for considering Zangi was demonstrating mathematical techniques on a whiteboard, it is pointless to keep Zangi on my phone. Would have preferred to have given zero stars.
