I get really tense shoulders and following these stretches has helped. The sessions are short and the video and written instructions easy to follow. Plus, you can customize your own stretch sessions by choosing which stretches you want to add and how long you want them to be. Great app! Great way to take a quick work break to do something that helps my body move and feel better.

I gave this app a four because of a few things. The notifications can be annoying. For example, I set a reminder for each evening. I got the alert while doing my stretches. It would be nice to have the option to see the video for how to do exercises while doing them. I stay away from some routines because I not familiar with a number of the stretches. When I look at how to do them the timer immediately starts. I would like them to be in place of the cartoon image of the exercise.

The instructional videos for the stretches are great, and it is convenient to have a voiceover that tells you what stretch is next, but this app is ridiculously expensive for what is basically a glorified timer. If you stick with the free option, you can use it once per day (resets at midnight). I'd say it might be worth a one-time purchase for unlimited use, but a monthly subscription? No way.

overall, a great app! however, I'd really like more variety. the flows are always the same, which is fine, but a flow of the day or flow of the week that is unique would be neat. as for the new icon, I honestly don't like it. the old badge was much better,it was easier to identify as "my stretching app" out of a group. the new badge is abstract and not aesthetically pleasing, in my opinion.

App is solid. Connects with the rest of my health eco system, doesn't seem to be involved in shenanigans and does what's on the tin. The biggest gap is that there doesn't appear to be a way to learn how to do the poses. So if you are a complete novice like me, you are left wondering if you are doing it right or doing harm with bad form. The other issue is that the app doesn't really guide you after the initial survey. It made a few routines & expects you to realize what to select, when, etc
