They give you so many ways to recover, you are never without your passwords. Somebody designed a critical app that fits all the absent-minded, uninformed, non-technical users. I wouldn't trade this app for any of the other pw "boxes". New phone - no worries. Haven't created a pass-key (24 words} yet, still have options to recover. Very usable ui, and plenty of options to see your passwords any way you like, or not see them too.

Like many other reviews, this used to work but now it doesn't after the last update. Having all the same issues as everyone else. On top of that, I was charged $24.99 on 3/4/26 and then on 3/5/26 I was charged $52.48. When I sent an email from inside the program to support, I received an email saying that I had a free version and didn't get support. Yet they charge me $77.37 over a 2 day period. Doesn't sound free to me and now can't even contact support about it!!

I just paid for a renewal through March 30, 2027 but my app says that my subscription termed on April 1, 2026. Since now I am on the free version where all you can do is look at the information you previously enter and can't make changes or additons. You know what else you can't do, get help from anyone at Keeper without paying for another subscription because now I'm on the free version. Can anyone make sense of this? Update: Thanks for the quick response, yes issue is fixed.

Been using for years. It isn't perfect, but is good at storing login info. It sometimws asks to save new logins for things you already have saved a password for, which could be from a slight change in how sites have tweaked the login. You can also save payment cards if you like. You can use for Two-factor authentication, but it seems clunky to me.
