Canva: AI Photo & Video Editor

Your app absolutely frustrates me most of the time! When it gets it right, it is awesome. But most of the time it doesn't! I will specifically word for word tell it what I want and it still adds things, even when stating only the color. Always tries to adjust color to and I don't want that, I want it to contrast from the product, to stand out. I have a small business, press on nails, and i want just the nails and the background and the biggest no no, it keeps trying to add hands and fingers!

Overall this app is great! Editing book covers, photos and social media posts is made super easy and I use it for those reasons all the time! The reason for 3 stars is the video editor. It is without question the worst video editor I have ever used. Not only is everything set up oddly and difficult to navigate, but whenever I download a video it ends up choppy, dropping frames, and even doing a distortion effect I definitely did not add. I thought subscribing would fix it but it hasn't.

I have used canva for a long time, even paying for a subscription because it is such a great tool, or.. was. Recently I have been left unable to edit videos nor download them, without first having to clear the cache of the app. Now I'm not able to download anything I make regardless of that. The download goes about halfway, then the app crashes. When I try again, it says my video did not upload, and disappears, replaced with a white buffering page. Unsubscribing, waste of money now.

I PAY for premium subscription and yet the photos that I add for my ebook only stay sharp and crisp for a few minutes and then become blurry. I try the upscale feature but it still won't fix it! I shouldn't have to be dealing with lower resolution renders especially when I pay for it. I'm giving 0 stars because I don't know how I'm going to publish the book now after months of working on it (the blurry issue is more recent). Otherwise I like the app and would give 5 stars if they fixed this

As of the last couple months it has sucked. I constantly need to close down the app because it's not working correctly or is "losing connection" even though there's nothing wrong with my internet or any other app that I'm using. It's frustrating & takes way longer to do anything. Now it's not even saving my work correctly & is completely changing it on its own! Hours of time just wasted. Mind you, I pay for this too. 🙄 Maybe not for long if this keeps up. Used to be amazing, what happened??
