Auto Navigator New & Used Cars

You can set search filters, but it'll still show similar "promoted" cars that don't meet all of your criteria in the results, which is frustrating. Wasted a lot of time looking into cars only to realize they were missing a key feature I had filtered for. Apps like Carvana and CarMax allow you to save searches, but this app does not, so you have to manually enter all of your search filters every time. Allowing search criteria to be saved would improve the usability of this app quite a bit.

I hoped the app would be better than the website. Didn't think the app could actually be worse. Couldn't enter my monthly payment range, down payment, or trade-in value until I figured out it would save if I used the sliders, but not if I typed in the numbers. Now, the sliders don't even work. I cannot save any searches, either. This app has become officially completely 100% useless and a waste of space on my phone. And I *JUST* updated a couple mins ago, hoping it'd be fixed. Ha!

Seems like a great app in many ways, but constantly getting a notification "We hit a snag trying to load your favorites, please try again" with options for "cancel", and "try again". Trying again doesn't fix it. Happens both on wifi and mobile data. Also it would be nice if the app auto prompted you to do biometric sign-in upon launch just like the banking app. Instead I have to manually navigate to the settings screen to start the sign in process.

Great minus the lack of a 'saved search' as well as search alert features. Filters are not always accurate, though this may or may not be the fault of the app if deals upload their own info & are less than accurate. Ex. I was searching for a vehicle with a tow pack, & noticed that if I don't apply that filter, I get viable results w tow packs.... but the listing isnt marked for the vehicle having a tow pack... It is also diffucult to find the engine type. (Brand/Cylinders/Litres)

I was not impressed there wasn't a good selection and seemed to be over priced. If your looking for financing forget about that they seem to be really over priced with the high interest rates they have is much higher then other places. When I applied for car loan there, I was turned down within 2 seconds, but when I saw what they wanted to charge in interest I knew it was a blessing. I went to another app found a better deal on my car, a loan with lower payments and will be paid off sooner😊🙃😂
