Fix your account status! It's been showing me that my account is past due even though I always make payments on time. Once, I thought perhaps something happened and my autopay didn't go through, so I ended up paying twice and had to request a refund. I'm not sure why this is taking so long to fix, but I should not have to call in to ensure my account is active.

When I open the app, nothing shows except a white screen and it stayed white for 2 minutes!!! This has happened every time I've tried to open the app which was today and 3 months ago!!! The current version is installed as well!!! There's something obviously wrong with the app. I've read other users comments about having the same problem. I've had Carsheild for a few years now and fortunately I haven't had to use them except for 1 time with no big issues. Uninstall the app. Use the website.

page loads to a black screen. after a lot of searching i found a way to a page that won't let me login. useless. i hope this isn't a sign of future problems with this company.. I'm very tempted to cancel before I am scammed. well I did what was suggested by the developer, and I at least got a page loaded. but it has outdated information about my account and won't connect anything else to solve issue. so all in all, STILL A DUD...

This company will not stop sending me mail to try and get me signed up. I've called and nicely asked them to remove me from the list but then they ask for all my vehicle information because they claim they need that before they can proceed. What happens next, they try to sneakily sell me their product. I say no thank you, but then they ask if there are other vehicles I own that could be covered. They do not take NO for answer. Please stop trying to push people into buying your services!

tell me my bill was going to be $0 maybe put $150 down I called to schedule a payment because they were two or three days early and these people keep on continuously I did not want to keep the service got online to try to find a phone number every phone number went somewhere else and you couldn't even cancel the service and and y'all are taking advantage of my brain injuries and memory loss
