loved picking out vehicles without having a car salesman in my face pushing a car i don't want on me, plus its so easy and convenient and u don't have to go to the bmv because they do it all for you! I recommend to anyone looking for a new vehicle even if u end up going to a car lot u can still use their app to help research what u want with what features. its very helpful with every step of the process. plus u can take your time looking.

You're better off using the site. I figured app would add notifications, or make searching cleaner. It's only complicated things. One example: I reserved a vehicle and continue to get "Purchase Lock Time Has Expired" errors. Later it then confirms the vehicle is still considered mine. Definitely tired of the mini "omg" moments thinking I lost the vehicle while I'm on (week 3) of it being prepared and yet to see a single photo.

super easy. way easier than I thought it would be i bought a van then found a better deal canceled it before delivery and ordered the newer one I wanted customer service was great as well on hold for like two minutes each time I called thats it. once I bought the first one I had to create a new account to see the pricing for the new one before I canceled it so I wouldnt lose it. 10 out of 10

The app works well, Cars are easy to find and filter. That's where the good ends. A $23,000 car will actually end up costing close to $30,000. Their on page estimate for monthly payment is either a straight up lie or based on perfect credit. If your credit is not perfect you end up paying 11 percent interest instead of what should be 4-6 percent interest. And the delivery fee is just an addon that you can't get out of paying even if you drive there and pick the car up in person. Unethical!!!

Last day on my offer for my car and now there's down payments and cost per month went up? considering Ive purchased cars from you guys before and now I have exceptional credit... naw... I'm good. Update: out of morbid curiosity, I downloaded it again, and it just got worse. Honestly I used to refer people to this app. I'm so disappointed. Guess it's back brick and mortar. Its a bit more time consuming, but less sketchy. At least there's a person in front of you that you can get a vibe off of
