Call Recorder - Cube ACR

Although this app in the 3 day trial period I have used it in has worked far better than I would expect any recording phone application would, I am giving it 4 stars due to there being no option to truly purchase the app. That means you can only "rent" it, and you are stuck with payments forever. If there was an option to purchase this app for a reasonable price (e.g. $10-20), I would. For the devs, you could easily continue making money on the app by more and more continous downloads, for one.

I got this through Play Pass when it was available as Premium. It was supposed to include automatic uploads. For some reason, without warning, I no longer have Premium. That's the reason for 3 stars. That being said, I love this app! It does everything it says it does. The recordings are crisp, clear, and most importantly, AUTOMATIC. You do have to download a "helper" but it doesn't take much real estate on your phone's real estate.

I've been using this for a few months now, and it's great, and super easy! You can choose to have the calls recorded automatically, or you can record each individual call manually. I use the auto record. The app works in the background and is exactly what I needed. It records BOTH sides of the call, and the recordings are clear and the volume is perfect. In the app, each call is date and time stamped and pinned on a map to show where you made or received the call. Great app. Highly recommend!

Upon first opening the app, it tries to get you to pay $10 for a discounted year of service, but only if you buy within 5 minutes. This feels like a scam, because the next screen tells you that the app won't work without installing more apps. The app doesn't work as advertised without more apps as a workaround. I've yet to test the other workaround apps, because it already feels like this recommended app has been bought out by a company that favors fast Cash over providing a legitimate service.

Loving this app. Need it for tracking conversations with clients. Not just for legal reasons but so I can go back and listen to what we talked about in case I forget or wasn't able to take notes during the call. Side note, I have an S24 Ultra and app works flawlessly. Set up is a bit of a pain but they make it as easy as it can be. Just follow the instructions to the letter. Update: Developer added a 3rd party transcriber and I absolutely love it. Thank you Dev!
