Coin Value Checker

I do not want to be charged for this app. I decided to take advantage of the 7 day free trial period I downloaded the app off Google store, scanned many coins and recorded the value for each coin. Brought 35 coins or so into two coin dealers and they said they were all just 'change'. Now before the end of the free 7 day trial ends, I cannot figure out how to 'cancel' the subscription to avoid from being charged. I see I am not alone. Please cancel any subscription you have for Mark Siegrist. Ok?

I downloaded the app and then scanned several coins. Having a good deal of numismatic training, I graded against the grade provided by the app. Suffice it to say, I was impressed because the grade assigned by Coin Value Checker was the same as or very close to my grade. After several coins, the speed slowed down and then the photos would not process. I kept getting kicked back to take the photo again. Crash after crash...it got frustrating, and I cancelled the subscription.

I downloaded the app since everything I read indicated it was free. There was NOTHING to indicate it's only a FREE TRIAL, so I'm not happy I wasted my time on this app just because someone from the dev team didn't update the description text. That feels really misleading by the development team, but I'm hopeful that wasn't an intentional omission.

I recant my statement- in less than 48 hours they had given me a full refund to correct the bill- awesome customer service, super fast and speedy with fixing the problem.... (I got a random charge for 39.99 for this service and I never subscribe subscribed to it, I downloaded the app and never thought anything else about it, that was money that I needed for bills and I didn't have it to just frivolously throw away....)

the app seems to work fine but good luck trying to cancel the subscription. They say that they do not have the authority to cancel you subscription or payment and that you must do it thru google play. GP claims that you have no subscriptions to cancel and after 2 or 3 hours of doing nothing but waste time you are no better off than when you started. Your blood pressure is up and your life expectancy is down by a couple years. I havnt come across the page to gives me the option to cancel. GREED!
