Credit One Bank Mobile

I've used this app for a few years to make payments, as of the past week, the app has been very glitchy. I've been logging in, trying to make a payment and it says no payment due, which isnt true. I load my info to make an express payment and just when I get it all entered, a message pops up saying there is an issue on our end, we're trying to resolve the matter.

I've only had this card for 2 weeks. Credit One is not exactly the best to have. 1. They offer me a $2,000 limit only and only approved $400. 2. There is a charge for $75 before I ever received my card. The charge does not appear on my account but my available credit limit is decreased to $300. 3. On my travels I spent only $200 of my credit limit, which is now at $0 available when there I supposed to be $200 still available. There is no way to contact an actual person. All automated/mail

Payments take way too long to process. Also, I submitted my payment for my credit card three days ago and it told me that my payment was "returned". But I never got any notification about that. Didn't even know it was returned until today. AFTER it was due. So now I get a late fee and a hit to my credit score, and Credit One gets more of my money on my next payment. Great. Thanks. Closing down this card after I pay it off.

I'm happy mostly for the ability to pay quickly. however, the "pending" sure does take quite awhile. sometimes up to 6-7 days. What does bother me, is that I get a notification about my credit limit, amount left and still available. However I go to check and find out that it's still with 1-3 "pending" charges which will obviously clear, but I have to wait another day for them to do so. just an irksome issue of no real consequence. but thought I would say it anyway. That's why the four stars

so far a good card to have. they weren't clear on the annual fee. The fee was taken from my credit limit the first month. Maybe that's normal & I didn't know since I'm just starting my credit journey. I feel like they could have been more upfront about it. I was confused about this huge charge on my credit card, that I had not even yet used. Otherwise, CS is easy to get in touch with, the card was simple to set up\use. payments are easy and the app is user friendly. Will recommend
