Curio - Antique Identifier

I downloaded the app just to see what it can (and can't) reliably do. I tested it with some crystal I own and got different results even after using the SAME photo. it appears to just be guessing and not actually analyzing the items. it also does not work if there is just about anything else in your photo. so using this in a thrifting store with limited space and a lot of things arround would likely not work well. also the prices it comes up with are all over the place often inaccurate.

For the price,which was cheaper than originally,it helps a bit with identifying. I would NOT agree with suggested resell price though. Stupid me neglected to further research an item and priced accordingly to info given and lost (big)$$$. I've also noticed,if you input additional info, which is a great feature,and that info is not correct,it inputs it as being correct. That's not good. I would love to give this app 5 stars,but it needs work. I look forward to seeing it grow and accomplish better

I own an antique shop and I use this app often. I've been using it for about 2 months. I want it to be great but the fact is that it rarely gets the prices correct. It seems to return results based on a small sampling of asking prices rather than a large sampling of sold prices which would make it more accurate. My hope is that it gets better over time but without looking at sold prices, I don't have much confidence it will get better. It is helpful in writing descriptions for items.

This is the best app, by far, I love the information given per item and the automatic saves of the items resurched. I trust estimates. My sales have increased. Got rid of that worthpoint was hard to use, almost like an old machine. plus, it had a monthly fee. I'm on a yearly plan even with other guys annual plan. this app is cheaper and better.

I love how informative it is on many items. It's not always precise, but it's the next best thing to going to an appraiser in person. I see people complain about the annual price, but with their price you only pay $2.50 a month!!! Fantastic app for the price. My grandmother recently passed away and this app has been so helpful with her collectibles.
