app keeps throwing up error messages. tried uninstalling and reinstalling. same thing keeps happening. tried clearing cache. tried logging out and logging in. anytime I go to a new tab, error message. nonstop. I can't access my promo cards. I can't do anything. this started happening about a month ago. before that it was flawless and no problems whatsoever. idk what's going on now. but it is unusable.

Worked great up until now. Opened the app and was met with an error that kicked me out. Tried logging back in and the app acts like I'm starting a new account, asking me to pay for a plan that I'm already paying for. For some reason, the support email address won't work for me either. App is up-to-date. Need this fixed asap, otherwise no sense in paying $24.99/ year for an app I can't even use anymore.

so far so good, no complaints, fast easy to navigate. I dont struggle to find what im looking for. It doesn't make sense why stats tracking isn't aloud for all subscriber levels. it would make it that much more appealing, instead im already looking for other distributors that offer that option on base subscriptions. Each distribution app has its strong points and this one just seems to work for me. They make publishing independent music a breeze. It could stand to be more descriptive and helpful with its error messages as maybe describing why exactly it kicks back an error instead making spend hours troubleshooting to figure it out. With AI being so widely available the developers could perhaps stand to capitalize by incorporating AI for the end user. Great company, so-so app that could be far better.

It keeps having unexpected errors. I've gotten some of my stuff done, but it is utterly frustrating to be 20 songs into uploading an album, just for an unexpected error to occur AGAIN AND AGAIN AND AGAIN and undo everything I've already done. I've tried uploading this same album three times, and all three times it stops in the middle. Your app is glitchy and you are not the only service out there that does this. There are plenty of options. Do what I'm paying for or kick rocks!
