Contact support does not work. it just sits on the "this window will close in 5 seconds" screen indefinitely. Notifications do not work regardless of which permissions you allow and what you turn on in the app so be prepared to check daily because they absolutely will not notify you if you get a message, yet they WILL publish your response time. They'll pause you gigs without warning. They make it as difficult as possible to run a business, yet are one of the more popular options.

I clicked the option to give my artist a $20 tip, and it automatically changed it to a $15 tip on the checkout screen. I completed checkout without noticing. This is not the first time the app has changed my tip amount. (And unrelated to the app... on the mobile site, the customer service icon is placed right in front of the "next" button which prevents me from reviewing my artist on the mobile site.)

The messaging interface is the only thing that's actually better on the app. Watermarks on delivered files don't disappear, the AI support can't actually read your order numbers, and support will tell you, "everything looks fine on our end, just try again!" when you finally do get a person. Just open a tab in your browser app of choice and switch to desktop view when you're ready to download.

The experience is great. I've met some really creative and professional developers. The raise in service fees has reduced the amount of tips I offer, and that greatly impacts the developers overall. A few for the order, a fee if you add a tip, a fee if you purchase an add on service... no, you can not do it all in one order with your initial payment Too many additional fees. 🤦

Great place to find help. It's a $3 service fee to add a tip, it says it's too help run the platform.... that's absolutely ridiculous to charge extra to tip someone, that's almost like the app discouraging tipping. Service fees make sense in your initial purchase, but to have to pay to leave a tip, that's hurting your creators as well as your clients. Ridiculous move. Ridiculous.
