Ford™

I have a Chevy EV and a Ford EV. The Chevy app looks better, but doesn't tell you much or allow you to configure a lot. The Ford app is more functional allowing you to see charge rate and set departure times, and for that I prefer the Ford app. I just wish you didn't have to set departure times and could just hit a "Get Ready" button, much like the Climate button, that would start the process of prepping the battery. Also, while the data updates from the vehicle could be faster.

My lastest update. app is decent. still need to bring back zone lighting. I really miss that. other than that my only complaint right now is that it doesn't stay on the last vehicle. it opens up on vehicle 1. which you don't get a choice in which vehicle is in what position. you know how many times now I've started the wrong vehicle while in a hurry. now I have to wait, page through, find the right vehicle wait for it to load then start. new climate features are nice.

A week ago I would have given this app 5 stars and a raving review but a week ago the app stopped communicating with my vehicle. I have removed and add the app numerous times. Called the support number. They were AMAZING! Did a master reset on the vehicle and it worked for 5 minutes now nothing. I wish it would keep working, I really enjoy the app when it works.

Would be great. But only tells you where your vehicle is. Not if the its in park and the doors are locked/unlocked. A simple tell you status of lock/unlocked doors. super simple. but missing. A locked or unlocked status would make the experience much more usable. Could be 5/5.... but Ford has chosen to not add this simple addon to the app. Kinda a waste.

Probably one of the worst apps ive used. The only reason I use it is because I can start my truck for free, but only whenever the app decides fo let me. Some days I have to force close to app just to get it to remote start, and sometimes it doesnt even work! Like today it refuses to extend the truck running, 6 times closing and reopening and just spinning circles. Useless
