Gametime - Last Minute Tickets

Can't get a full refund for my ticket, I have to resell them at a lower price instead. Meanwhile ticketmaster pretty much guaruntees a full refund if you can't make your event. On top of that, reselling your ticket is very complicated, and everything is done YOURSELF. The sale, the ticket transfer, handled by YOU, with zero instructions on how to do anything. Customer Service is also completely useless. This app is made to steal people's money, and I will tell everyone this.

Awful app and worse customer service. They don't actually follow through on any of their "guarantees" and you'll be lucky to get any tickets you already paid for before the event. They'll change the delivery date any time you try to get assistance, and refuse to price match even though it's their biggest advertisement. Don't waste your time or money with this freaking app.

The very best app for last-minute adventures! My husband and I were able to go to several Seattle Mariners games, ordering tickets only a day or two ahead of time, with absolutely amazing pricing, along with parking passes! If you aren't using Gametime, you aren't getting tickets to events at the best prices, with no fear of being scammed!

Gametime is an app that allows for you to buy tickets, last minute, from a selection of resale tickets. I've used it multiple times, and there are great aspects to their app. With that said, this is a "buyer beware" cautionary tale. Yes, I made the mistake of purchasing tickets on the wrong date. I should have double-checked. However, mistakes do happen, and coupled with the fact that this app resets if you switch out of it, they really should have the option to get money back or a quick cancel.

Do not buy tickets ahead of time with this app. If your plans change, it will be very difficult to resell your tickets at a decent price. Gametime charges one of the highest fees for resale. You won't get your actual tickets until the day before the event, won't be able to list them on a different platform for resale and if there's cheaper tickets listed, your tickets will be automatically unlisted a few hours prior to the event and you won't be able to relist them or change the price.
