1★App is always lagging and when you try to back out of a specific item, it brings you back to the top of search results. Also not necessarily related to the app but I'm constantly being sent the wrong items. I just ordered a jacket in "earthen" color and they sent it to me in navy blue. Trying to contact customer service is difficult and you have to submit a claim of you want a refund. Annoying process, I just end up eating the loss and donating the wrong items.

Frustrating because some descriptions are too short to decipher what is what if multiple colors were nought of an item. I have to open up each item to look back at orders and see what it was.

5★I downloaded while in Old Navy's dressing room. They had a sign that talked about "you can scan items and check if there are different sizes and if they don't have any in store, you could buy online", I was skeptical at first. I figured it would be a hassle if items didn't fit, however, it was easy, you just returned to the store for free no questions asked, which was nice because I was fat and I hadn't been shopping for clothes in some time so I knew I would have to try on different sizes.

Told me it was a service issue, and there was nothing they could do? They didn't even drop the late fee when it wasn't my issue. It was obviously the websites?
