GEICO Mobile - Car Insurance

App can't ever remember my login info even though I check the box to remember me. The app has been constantly telling me it isn't responding. Pops up like an error code on my phone, and I have to either click wait, (wait for it to correct error) or force it to shut down. Doesn't matter what one I click, it keeps popping up hindering me from seeing my maps. ALSO, just found out you can not use Google maps while driving, it affects your DriveEasy program/score, so I will be finding a new insurance

Don't like their auto pay. They don't take the money out in a timely manner. They have made my bank account overdrawn several times. I'll think they have already withheld my monthly payment and when I check my bank account a couple of days later it makes me think that my balance is more, and then a week later they withdraw it and I've already spent the money and then my account is either very low or overdrawn because there aren't enough funds to cover their payment.

BEWARE/CAUTION this app is COMPLETE personal surveillance! I have to give a star but it is a big zero. Note: permissions that have to be turned on: your physical activity (what stores you go into where you go)! phone, location (ok), nearby devices (your car if connected what you listen to, devices in your home-what you watch or anything else is tracked! People beware. You want the discount it comes at a personal cost! don't recommend.

the easy drive from this app is extremely deceiving. Certainly, without making mistakes. puts you one. It never points out the slips up for you to improve. They want you to quit! When you drive well never increases a point, but decreases your score when according to a machine, that unfortunately can't measure risk or protection, scores you wrong. Also,when you turn off the car and you grab your phone to get out, it says you were using the phone. Cheats to overcharge! Suddenly changes scores!

I feel as though if this app is going to be used to base someone's driving, it needs to be more accurate. its constantly giving me a 'slip up' of phone handling after I've parked somewhere and take my phone off the phone holder. its always where the end of my destination is. also kind of sucks to automatically be the one accused of a slip up if a hard brake happens when someone else causes it, and not due to driving too close to someone. Definitely could use some upgrades
