Jobber: Field Service Software

As technician this app is, on average, the worst part of my day. It's slow, clunky, unintuitive and even if I have nearly full bars and 5G it often won't connect. EDIT: In response to the jobber tech support team: your product is bad and you should feel bad. Also, they're adding AI to an already unreliable product. this app lacks the power to support ai and will get worse as a result.

This app is fairly good. It's not the best. But for a mobile option it outshines most other crms in my opinion. I love it for the mobile invoicing. I'm a window cleaner that isn't at a desk often, so the mobile functionality is very important to me. But it's also fairly limited. It's lacking a lot in the calendar function. why we need to pay for a third-party app for Google calendar to communicate with jobber is disappointing.

Don't switch from the free version. Lost a bunch of quotes and invoices when I made the switch. It took 2 weeks to get the issue resolved. Ended up having to remake a bunch of invoices. With that and not really liking the platform layout I decided to cancel. I emailed and asked for a cancelation and a refund since I couldn't use the app for half of the month, THEY CHARGED ME AGAIN. They don't do refunds and it's an absolute nightmare to cancel. DO NOT PURCHASE.

This company has the BEST customer service I've ever experienced. Customer service was based in Canada, and so not only do they speak English, they also have amazing accents. 😂 Product works great inasmuch as I used it. I canceled my subscription recently because I used it exclusively for itemized invoices, and then found my website I already pay for has that built in, so I'm dumb but also kinda sad to go! 10/10, would recommend.

Let me start by saying, this is a perfect example of electronics not being capable of what humans are. The app crashes, takes forever to load, needs imacculate service to run correctly. Which is far fetched in mountain towns, and tourist locations. I literally switched jobs over this application. To be expected to use it to pay your bills is a nightmare. Mark my words.
