1★Won't let me sign in to an app I have paid for for the last 2 years, so I just cancelled. Fix your app. I already uninstalled and reinstalled. It's junk. Edit: Going on vacation today. Just resubscribed again to use the app while I'm away. Same issue again. Keeps telling me to contact support. Why is this still an issue? I had a subscription for the month of May and used it then on a trip. It was fine. Now, we're back to issues.

1★Everything is slow, and nothing works. I've been using GoPro for 4 years. The interface is tedious and frustrating at its best. Sharing is a complete pain. Editing is the worst. Things rarely work the first time. I've used the app on multiple devices with the same result. I rarely even bother to bring my GoPro anywhere these days. Every time I open the app, I'm reminded why.

1★It seems unable to connect to my GoPro camera, which is super cool. It seems to be bloated with all sorts of unnecessary features, which is super cool. It is requiring location access in order to even connect to my camera - because the hundreds of dollars I paid for the camera wasn't enough, now GoPro wants my information to sell. This app has been frustrating and a huge waste of time, ultimately not functioning for me. It was a big letdown, I wish I could give it zero stars, one is too many.

1★this app is so fantastically bad. you can't edit clips larger than 4gb from the cloud, and there is NO desktop app, so you have to use a different editor anyway unless you have room to store all the footage you want to edit ON YOUR PHONE (good luck). even then it's slow, you should save often because it will crash if your working on something longer, themes have no meaningful customization, can't choose your own transitions, auto-edits look totally random. woulda bought a different camera...

2★EDIT: 2 stars because the Studio in the mobile app is always laggy, media and edits may or may not load at all, and no matter what it never lets me fully save or export edits, even on the lowest quality settings. I will find a better editor to use instead. Original: 4 stars- I really like the app so far. I wish it was a little less laggy when connecting to the GoPro camera period I wish there were more editing features available on the app itself.
