Grammarly-AI Writing Assistant

I loved having 100 free rewrites per month. It was a huge help for me because I have dysgraphia. The rewrite suggestions weren’t perfect, but they gave me a solid starting point and it was easy to make my own edits. Unfortunately, the recent update killed it for me. There’s only 1 free rewrite per day, and I’ve also noticed a drop in the quality of the suggestions. With the limit at 1 per day and the results less helpful, my free rewrites feel wasted. Plus I'm already on a tight budget. 🤷

Good when it works. It has four issues. 1. The bubble doesn't always appear. 2. If in bundle mode you can't deselect a supposed error, you have to reject all the errors and the go and make changes manually. 3. Sometimes it replaces your writing with gobolygook that makes no sense. 4. You have to check individual paragraphs instead of everything at once. This gets time consuming if you have an entire page of writing.

I'm a die hard grammarly user on PC. It's been invaluable for me. The mobile app though, it's annoyingly useless and irritating. It only shows up when you absolutely do not want it to, even when you set it to not. When you do want to use it, you get an error message saying it's having issues. This is 99% of my experience with it on mobile.

I used to love the app (I even use Grammarly on my desktop), but with the new "use your stock keyboard" feature, it hardly works anymore. I wish we could revert back to the old Grammarly keyboard. Most of the time, this new one doesn't work. By the time it loads and pops the little Grammarly tooltip, I'm practially already done typing, and that's if it ever pops up at all! I have updated everything, changed various settings, and yet nothing changes.

When it actually works, it's great and helpful. Unfortunately, it randomly stops working way too often, forcing me to uninstall and reinstall to get it working again, but it isn't a permanent fix since it keeps happening. Shame, I would have supported the paid version since it is useful when it works, but if the free version doesn't even work half the time, I'm gonna pass.
