The motorsport slots use to be fun. When I first started playing you could win and play for hours without depositing money. But now they stopped paying out. I am not the only one who has noticed that they adjust payouts depending on the account. If the software was actually looked at from outside agencies it would either be illegal or extremely dirty. Again they have adjusted payouts base on individual accounts thats not random. I want to see the audit.

This app has been almost unusable lately. Very laggy, slow to load and will not register anything that you are selecting. Edit: The app seems to be working better but the slots are a total scam. Paid out decently at the beginning to draw you in and now they don't even pay enough to let you play for a little. There is either a predatory algorithm behind the scenes or they greatly reduced the payouts.

Customer service is a problem. Quick to leave chat after taking several minutes to respond. Advised them of issues I was having and they stated they would send me additional info via email. They never did. Drops/Rewards are repetitive and meaningless. Except today they were giving a solid $50 gaming bonus, and it dissappeared. I asked customer service and they acknowledge the reward, but claimed it was an accident and there was nothing they could do.

location issues are frequent and unnecessary. it would take me over an hour to be outside of playable locations, but while im using the app it will regularly tell me that my location isnt allowed, even though it is constantly verifying my location. if in an instant, it has any issue with your location, it will error out. please fix this or I won't be able to continue playing.
