1★I will never use this app again. There were so many issues. I was separated from my kids on the outbound flight because we somehow ended up with different booking numbers. I paid for the option to change for any reason, then had to fight to actually get it changed when we needed to push our return flight back. They told me changes and cancellations have to be done through the airline, but the airline app didn't even show my booking number. So frustrating.

5★This is maybe the seventh time I booked with hopper and I really like how it's set up. waiting for the 'buy now' button is usually a good bet. The extra fees are clearly explained. I can't say whether or not prices for add-ons are fair because I don't book too many flights haha. I found them to be reasonable enough to choose the ones I liked.

2★I used Hopper a lot maybe about 5 ish years ago, and unfortunately it's gotten to be premium pay-only app with too many distracting things wiggling and shining in your face since then. The fact you can't even test out the trending data without signing up for their membership is a pain. Combined with your tracked flights being at the final tab of a bunch of stuff you don't immediately need "check out flights to this cool place you said you liked!" makes the app very unappealing to try.

1★Hopper Scathing Review On November 4th 2025 I booked a flight from San Francisco to the Galapagos Islands. A few weeks later I got a notification that the airline modified my flight. However, the timing was off and I would be stranded in LAX so I called and tried to have it changed and I couldn't. So then I asked them to cancel it so I could rebook it. Seems simple, it's legal that they should cancel my flights but they refused later, I learned they did cancel the fights but just didn't refund

5★haven't bought anything off of it so this may be subject to change but so far it pretty much does exactly what it says it does. finds CHEAPER NOT 100% SUPER CHEAP prices for places to visit as well as offers deals and best times to visit places. there's a paid version that from what I can tell doesn't do anything real but it's not needed to enjoy the app
