Crunch Fitness

The app is okay at best. There are some glaring issues with how it works. My biggest complaint, I paid for personal training sessions, but the app won't communicate with what the trainer's app has so I can see assigned workouts. I even tried entering the workouts myself to create a workout, well that doesn't work because it does not align with the exercises in her system. I reached out for support, but never received a respinse and my home gym is trying, no luck there.It needs a serious revamp.

The app needs to add a wait-list for classes, or a notification pop-up asking members if they're still going to a class as a courtesy 2 hours before the start time; otherwise 5 stars. We shouldn't keep having to refresh all day to see if someone dropped. I think the staff does awesome though making sure whoever signed up gets a wrist band to keep people from sneaking in.

Trying to sign up for classes are a pain when multiple error codes keep popping up everytime you try to book a class. Even when I clear the cache and exit then reopen the app, "error" or "sorry the class hasn't been booked". I've lost out on signing up for a class because of this error before. All the spots got taken within the first two minutes of constant error codes not allowing me to sign up, until it said it was completely booked. I'm almost at the point of quitting, leaving Crunch.

The app is pretty straightforward, the only thing that I don't like is that I am unable to book future classes. I have to wait until it's under the upcoming slot and by then they're usually already booked by other people and it's very inconvenient. I've already spoken to the staff about it and they've said that they've had issues with the app acting up etcetera etcetera but that's my only major issue with the app.

Can't book classes w/o wifi I can't get to any classes cuz the app won't let me book unless I'm connected to WiFi. Being that Crunch doesn't allow you to sign up for a class until the day of, the classes get booked before I'm able to get a spot. Hard to filter for classes as well. Also, its difficult to find a machine in the app to log time for as there's not much of a filter.
