Intuit QuickBooks for Business

unreliable. Haven't been able to log in on one of my devices for 24 hours. "Help/support" is hard to reach. App works differently on different devices, vastly differently. Using it on an iPad requires extra clicks/steps for every item on an invoice, using it on a cell phone is faster, but won't allow an item to be made a negative quantity when taking back a credit. We have been asking for a a total piece count total on invoices for months, or longer, hasn't happened.

worst software ever. I try to email invoices from the app and it only works on invoices just created. if you try to send an existing invoice, you just get a blank white screen. I've went through all the steps of clearing cache, uninstall/reinstall. I even tried on other android devices...same thing. why pay a fee for something is can't use...I'm done with quickbooks

automatically marks invoices as paid when it links a transaction. which is fine if it linked to the correct deposit. which it doesn't. Then you can't unlink it. Tried tech support and they said not sure what the problem is and they'll contact me later. And that was a year ago. And no estimated quarterly tax for the solopenuer. That was a huge help from the self employed program.

Absolutely awful!! Quickbooks Self Employed worked well, but this Sole Trader Plus is terrible. Every invoice is now the same invoice number instead of following on from the last invoice. The mileage tracker keeps disappearing and to mark an invoice as "paid" manually is convoluted. Bank accounts aren't uploading with new transactions, even when being reconfirmed. It's a step backwards! What are you playing at Quickbooks? I've also been charged £12 when the email said it would be an offer at £1.

they don't give a rat's "A" about their customers! this app sucks! there's a way better program, and I made the big mistake switching to this! this app has so much limitations it's unreal you can't do what you think you can. you can't look at your inventory very well and you also can't do purchase orders and now all the sudden you can't even put in a payment check number, they just changed that now, for some dumb A reason. sure they have feedback, but it doesn't work when they don't care!
