Jotform - Form, Sign & Survey

It's not bad at all It's really useful in many different ways It's just the timing of you putting in the payment options It's when it gets difficult because of it, It doesn't matter how many times you try to do the connection of your PayPal nor anything else to do the payment section of setting up your form or file or anything. It wouldn't work plus it takes a very long time which I believe there's something wrong when it comes to connecting your payment account to the app.

So frustrating. I have the document already, I just wanted to create a signable form to send to my clients. The actual upload process is hit or miss. It either happens instantly or you have to back out and retry because it will load forever. And then when you do finally get done placing all the little signature, date, and phone number boxes, you move on to the next step and get a loading screen of death that never actually loads anything. And when you back up, everything is gone.

This is the most comprehensive, easy to use form builder I've found. Lots of options and widget support. Edits are saved as they are made, so if you accidentally hit the back button while editing a form you don't lose your work. Also, there are NO ADS! WOO-HOO! And the UI is clean and easy to use. The only thing I don't like about this app is that it is SLOOOWW to load initially and slow to load forms for editing. Fortunately, once a form is published, it's page loads quickly in a browser.

I find it incredibly funny that Joform used to be a hell of a lot less expensive and it actually worked. Since raising their prices it has continually gone down hill. App notifies me of new forms, but won't let me view them. Free account shuts off with 5 forms, which is the max a free account can have, but it's not exceeded and they tell me I can't have 5 forms. If you want people to pay for your service, you should probably hire some programmers who can actually test their product for function.

My customers can't open it. It opens from in the app for me, but in a browser, it does not for me or my customer. It just keeps acting like it is loading, then it says the page is not safe, like it has a virus or something. This is the 2nd one I shared, and it was begun with a template from a teammate. The first form I did worked perfect, that even rerouted them to a page after the survey.
