KeyConnect Digital Car Key

I have been working on getting this app set up for 2 days now and it just keeps running me in circles. I have to set up the Ram app as well and that also has a fee and it does all the same that this app does. I tried to cancel and it says it will cancel after the 1 year is up, no refund. I still can't get connected!

You can't see The cars until you pay for the subscription. It's only natural to assume your vehicle would be on the app. once I paid and I checked, two of my cars the make is there but they don't support the models. so I canceled the subscription but of course I still got charged the $49 and there is no way to contact the developer for a refund. so be wary of signing up for this app because there's a good chance your car won't be on it but by then it's too late and you lose the money.

I tried setting up my car, it took me through all the set up instructions. I paid for the yearly subscription only to find out that my car doesn't connect to the app. I had to call my finance department who told me that car doesn't have them feature. So I've been trying to speak to someone about my Refund for 3 days nothing yet. I've called the number which is not taking phone calls, I've emailed and chatted, they just keep saying high volume someone will get to you soon as possible. SMH🤬

After installing, there was a statement that I could explore the app prior to subscribing. Completely false. Payment is required immediately. Also, a time limited offer was presented for a lower price. But could not access the offer after attempting to explore the app at less than 2 minutes later. Additionally, I found no means describing how the app connects to the car (Bluetooth, WiFi or whatever).

Fortunately, I read the (almost all) one-star reviews before setting up an account. Apparently, it makes you download the native app by your vehicle manufacturer and syncs the two together. Others have stated you're paying for features you most likely get free in the native app. Unfortunately, you don't even know if it's going to work in the first place, because there is no free trial period. You're forced to buy a subscription *before* you can even use it. Ridiculous. Immediately uninstalled.
