Can't Forward pictures to anything other than my phone. Can't move them to a thumb drive with my other wedding photos. KRUU help was not helpful and kept sending me back in the same loop

We reserved this for my daughter's 16th birthday party and it was a total hit! Super easy to set up and use, lots of supplies so you don't run out! Amazing customer service. We didn't pay the extra for the faster printer and it was still very quick to print! We will absolutely rent this again for other occasions! Thanks KRUU for the great photo booth and memories!
