worked great for the first time. now I can't sign back in or even create a new account. ive deleted the app, redownloaded it and nothing has worked. I can't sign back in. I click "sign in" and nothing happens. I click "become a member" nothing happens. other than that great app otherwise I wouldn't be so disappointed about not being able to sign back in.

So after spending over £400 for a new phone, pin lock was no longer required. It wasn't the only reason I had to get a new phone, but that could have gone to a new set. It's good that you can buy, use rewards, add things to wish lists, but there's still a few things you have to open a browser for, such as managing order.

I created an account, tried to log in, and it just sends me back to thw original sign in screen. I sign in, and nothing... back to original login screen. I have tied signing in at least 10 times but to no avail. Rating the app 1 star because I wasted so much time trying to login when it was pointless

Is there a scanner built in? All I see are options to shop and a few contests I can enter. A very nice member card (although where's my original avatar?) and a barcode telling me I have zero points because all my previous points have apparently expired due to not using them. Feels like another if this apps that could have simply been a webpage

For some reason, even after clearing browser cache or changing browsers entirely, it does not allow me to sign into the app, instead it tells me that they stepped on a brick. Unfortunate because id like to access insiders through the app and not the browser
