Lezhin Comics - Daily Releases

The app has some pretty bad issues, mostly with how it doesn't load upon opening, it just opens up to a black screen, then you have to reset the app (sometimes it takes multiple attempts) to get it to load. Prices are very high and who knows if that actually goes to the authors of the comics. also the points are super useless. But the 10 free coins almost every day are nice, wish it was enough to buy an episode. I love most of the content though!

It's easier to read comics in the app, but it's harder to find them. For example, half of my subscribed items do not show up in the app. Also, when I search for a comic most of the time it only shows me the introduction/free sample. If I want to read/subscribe to the whole thing, I have to go the website and buy it there first. Even then, it rarely shows up in my subscribed list, so I have to find it via my purchases or just use the webpage version instead. Super annoying.

I enjoy and use it for its content, but its sales and bundles are of terrible value. "Points" are useless, because you can't redeem them without also spending a ridiculous amount of money. It's roughly one dollar per chapter, and the series on average have 60+ chapters each. Even on sale, they can total 2000+ coins, which is still more than forty dollars. For that much money, I'd at least like to know how much the author is actually being paid.

Why did my previous review get deleted? Look, the comics on Lezhin are good. The platform is not very good, which makes the high prices frustrating. I'm willing to pay, but they clearly need to invest more in infrastructure, usability, customer service, advertising, etc. which is making me want to go elsewhere. This is not about not being able to read mature content in the app, I know that's not Lezhin's fault.

Honestly it's very infuriating. The first episode is free but after that it's 30 coins. And to get those coins you either have to buy them for an overpriced deal or play games or do surveys for them. And even then I'd be fine with that but then when I download it or finally finish the questions, it just disappears and all that work is gone. This is ridiculous, misleading, and disappointing. Please do something about this
