3★Look lime scooters are great. Easily available, easily rideable, and fun. However, when you try to end the ride, the timer keeps going and dragging you back to "end ride button". While it might not cost much, if you use it alot you tend to notice that this error isn't getting fixed, because it solely benefits Lime with the extra revenue while inevitable charging customers. Secondly, if you come across a faulty scooter, there is no refund. Even if you park it down the block and pickup another one

1★I once gave this app 5 stars. but in the years that I have been using this app, it has become less user friendly and customer service support just absolutely sucks. you can no longer pull up your ride history, payment history or even update your method of payment. yes I have the most recent edition of the app. lime prime is a scam, thought I was buying a subscription for it only to find out that it didn't go through and I was charged full price for 3 different rides . closing my account 🤬 02/25

4★For as many rides with ad many people, Lime really does a great job. Out of about 100 rides on scooters and bikes, I have only had one bad bike... but the acceleration, steering, and brakes still worked... Just knew the tire was about to blow.... I will just say consistently good with average customer service in the event something goes wrong. I would highly recommend.

1★LimePrime is a lie! It says that it will grant you "unlimited free unlocks". Which I thought would be awesome because the main problem I have with lime is their steep unlock fee of $4. like you might unlock a bike only to find the brakes don't work, or the gear box is busted, or the tires don't roll straight, essentially wasting you $4. But as it turns out, it is actually just a flat 25% discount. It is just frustrating that their prices are so hidden. Feels very manipulative.

1★Ride Pass makes it less expensive but also makes it harder to resolve issues. Once the minutes are used up, even if it is a mistake/issue with the app, they are gone and won't be credited back. App malfunctioned and a 4 minute ride didn't end when I ended it so I was deducted for 20 minutes instead. They won't credit my 16 minutes back. Very frustrating. Needs to be fixed.
