PetDesk - Pet Health Reminders

This app really helps me keep things organized, like my to do list, and I love having all of my cat's medical information at my fingertips. I like the reminders when it comes to yearly check-ups & vaccines. However, I've had a few issues here and there of reminders that didn't clear after the appointments for them, and they kept reminding me over and over again. It was a little annoying. The app support suggestions didn't fix it. I had to wait for the vet's office to do it.

This app is surprisingly easy to use, I can book, reschedule & cancel appointments quickly. The prescription refill is easy if your pet takes something regularly, not so much for new prescriptions. Adding details about my pet is easy too. I like having the phone number available on the app for easy access to call, just a really helpful tool to have along with a good provider. There's info on insuring pets, how to budget for them and so much more.

The app often doesn't sync with the veterinary clinic especially when the appointment gets changed. I also wish there was a way to change the pet listed on appt or to merge pets. I already added all of my new rabbit's information but the vet office scheduled the appointment and created another new pet entry, and there's no way for me to replace their blank pet entry with the one that I created and added all the details to. Gotta re-enter all of it which is annoying.

PetDesk is an easy to use app that let's you schedule appointments. check lab reports, communicate with my Veterinarians, and do just about anything needed, without having to either use the phone, or drop by my Vet's. Each pet has their own thumbnail, which you can click on and see what your pet might need, and schedule an appointment, if needed. PetDesk is perfect for my needs, and is very convenient.

I really enjoy this app and it makes it easy for keeping everything organized. I wish it was a bit better set up, for example the pets in a vertical list, and ability to put in their yearly date so the app reminds of of maintanence appointments. I also wish there was a health testing portion (embark OFA penhip) of the pets profiles. With appointments I would really like a history page of all my past appointments if I needed to revisit, if you click that you completed one it disapears.
