Do not recommend for Android users. The app consistently fails during recordings, and when it does, there’s no way to recover the file. I’ve dealt with this multiple times with no real fixes. No recovery options, no meaningful updates, and no refund despite ongoing issues. I stuck it out hoping it would improve, but it’s still unreliable.

complete waste. recorded 2 important phone calls and both ended with a message saying there were no voices recorded. They did contact me, which I appreciated but they suggested my phone was the issue. I replied that I'm using a Galaxy s23 Ultra. I haven't heard back from them since but I hope to. In the meantime, this app has been helpful in recording meetings that I've been to, but I really need it to be able to record what happens on my phone. I'm going to raise my rating from a 1 to a 2.

I decided on Wave because of the feature to take pictures. Firstly, I love this app 90% of the time. But every so often it glitches out badly and I lose huge chunks of recording time. The camera spazzes and won't focus. While trying to get the camera to focus, the app will crash. Or, if I use my phone camera not attached to the app, the app will crash. Then it gets stuck on that recording and won't let me start a new recording. It also sometimes makes my phone glitch when playing back audio.

Yeah. Very impressive. Very intuitive. Far better transcriptions than others I've used. Virtually error-free. The AI summary feature is nice as well. The ads are a bit too aggressive although relevant. They throw me out of the flow of the program. The transcript can be edited but the phone keyboard covers all the text of the transcript so I can't actually see what I'm trying to edit.
