The app fails to upload the photos or screenshots to my OneDrive at times. As a result, when I need to access those images, they are missing from my OneDrive folder, leaving me with no choice but to email them to myself. Edit: now I got a video file that is 1.14GB in size, and it keeps it uploading over and over again. Can this upload issue be fixed first before adding new features?

Had a subscription for more space but changed my payment method. payment went through and now all of a sudden the subscription is not working! it says "check your internet connection" and my connection is fine. I've been getting this error for a couple of days now and I'm afraid my files and photos will get deleted because my drive doesn't have the extra space. I waited 24 hours like was suggested for everything to catch up and it still says the same thing.. this app sucks and makes me not trust

It mostly works. If there was an alternative to backup to my OneDrive account, I'd try it immediately though. On Android, it crashes constantly and occasionally stops backing up your photos with no indication that it just isn't doing it anymore. So if you take a photo that's important to you--text it to family immediately because you can't count on the OneDrive app. Microsoft simply doesn't bother to check if features work, same as on Windows--they don't beta test or even bug test.

I’m extremely disappointed with OneDrive. Files were deleted without my consent & the restore feature. It did not fully recover them. Some documents are still missing. When I attempted to restore again, I was stuck in a repeated verification loop. At this point, the issue is not just technical, it’s the overall customer experience. A service meant to protect my files instead caused data loss and a frustrating recovery process. This has significantly impacted my trust in the platform.

Photos load slow as hell, almost unusable, where google photos load instantly even from time periods you haven't looked at in forever. At one poi t, it corrupted a bunch of my photos into 1 second "videos". I seriously regret going with onedrive and am switching back to Google. Will probably cancel our family plan at this point. They just still never fixed any of this and the sync has always been iffy.
