I almost never rate apps but I've gotten so beyond frustrated with this one that I just had to. They break all your saved searches every other month so you have to go through and set them all up again which is extremely frustrating when you have multiple for different things. It is the craziest thing because it will say it doesn't recognize the location but if you manually search for the same location, then it works perfectly fine. Would not recommend.

Edit: the app is working great now. thanks for your quick attention to the problem! I bumped up the rating because not only is the problem fixed, but was done very quickly! THANKS! Original message: Ever since the last update, my saved searches are gone and I can no longer save searches. It defaults to a specific search and I have to keep changing it to what I am looking for. I keep getting an error when I go to save a specific search.

UPDATE 12/18/2025 - They keep sending me notifications for rentals when I have only have ever searched for houses for sale. If there is a way to turn that off, they keep it well hidden. I complained to them about this 2 years ago. It stopped for a while, but now they are back to the same old BS. They also keep recommending listings that I have marked as "not interested." Stop wasting my time with listings I have already told you I don't want!

Barely usable. Remember back in the 90s, when internet took minutes to connect, and even longer for a webpage to load? This app decided to take it upon itself to become the embodiment of that concept, whether loading home listings, pictures, whatever. Hit the back button? Better wait a few minutes. Want to see a house listing? Yeah, good luck. plus the user interface has more business to it than a news site's pop-up ads. Not refined, not simple, takes forever to browse..... cluttered, messy.

In the past this was my favorite real estate app. However in the last few months it has become almost unusable. I have a circle drawn on the map, and it used to show all houses in that circle that are for sale. Now it only shows the ones in the circle that are also in a specific city. Also, if I remove the circle I have to zoom in very far for houses to start loading, where before they all just showed up. Please fix this bug!
