Every time I open this app, I struggle to get started. I have a pro membership, but it won't let me continue unless I upgrade to another tier. It's so frustrating. I log in to start playing piano, but I waste my time trying to circumvent the screen that says I have to sign up. I eventually give up and use the desktop version. Please fix this!

somehow accidentally signed up for the premium lite version when I wanted to buy a piano song for $0.99. I thought oh well might as well make the most of it but lite subscription just gives you a discount for other scores you want?? extremely scammy behavior. especially considering the fact I have no idea how me buying one song ended up in a paid subscription at the start.

useless app, its such a mess trying to get a song. I tried for the free trial, it signed me up to both my emails w/out realizing it, after charging me for the 1st 3 months im trying to log in, which is a process I can only do it on the computer with out it trying to recharge me. when I find a song it still wants me to pay for it. I tried to reach out for help , the only option is a chat bot with automated responses, if you have more questions, too bad. there is no email, no real person 2 talk 2

These guys are criminal - tons of confusing subscription options and even though I said no to all of them and only wanted the "free trial" it still billed me $80!!!!! You can tell right away this app is shady by the way the interface looks and constantly tries to upsell you garbage. It's like the Temu of music apps. I can't even find where to stop my subscription.

This used to be a great place to easily find sheet music for various songs I wanted to play. Over the last 7 years or so, it has gradually gotten significantly worse. Now, you have to pay to do almost anything. Paying is broken and doesn't work sometimes. And even if you do pay, it wants you to pay even more for additional access and features. Finding sheet music went from a few free clicks to an expensive and frustrating nightmare. I hate when good platforms get ruined like this.
