they attempted to charge my account multiple times a day. and before I could figure out how to cancel the subscription I was already too late and got charged $8.93 exactly two minutes into adding funds to my account. I was hoping to get a refund because I can't afford that service. but I havent found any way to contact them to place that request. be careful which apps you try out.

this app is a money grab. I took the 3 day trial. it does identify the plant but gives the same care instructions for each plant. water it. mist it. I was charged $7.99 weekly twice then they automatically switched it to $45/month meanwhile advertising the cost at $45 for a lifetime. Even after multiple email contacts they will not at least change to a lifetime subscription. Safer to cancel anyways but I'm out the $$ and they are no longer responding to my inquiries.

A Scam app. Two days Into a 7 day trial. I was charged 49 99. I was able to stop payment and did not have to get a payment back from them. In an email even though I had cancelled immediately they said sorry to see you go but you do have a month to use it. No thank you they didn't help at all except for how to water them.

did not like app, out of 3 plants it correctly identified 2. app is designed to squeeze you for money. without payment it does not offer diagnosis what is wrong with the plant. Just gives general symptoms of all problems. I could Google those for free. I only used app for 30 minutes two days ago. and now the all of a sudden charged me with full subscription 29.99. I did not agree to that!

Deceptive subscription plan, features not worth price. They will try to charge you multiple times within a week (with no warning, you need to opt-in to get warned about upcoming charges) for the service, and for more than the subscription you signed up for. The high cost of this app doesn't justify the limited features. You have to pay more for fall season plants, for botanist review of your plants, and other actually useful features. This app is deceptive, expensive, and borderline useless.
