2★Please fix the pausing issue. I am trying to watch Monday night Raw. I paused it, talked to a buddy for about 5 minutes, came back and it automatically goes back to the beginning. Plus trying to pick up certain times leads to frustration and me deciding just to wait until I get on my computer. Why have an app if it isn't going to work properly? If it wasn't for HAVING to have Netflix to watch raw, I would cancel my subscription just for how poorly the app works.

3★I do love Netflix. I've had it since 2012 before any other streaming service. I don't have many complaints about it other than the having certain things locked if you're not a premium member, the commercials, and I don't like the game thing. But times are changing and I understand the change. I still love Netflix over any other streaming services. However the commercials are louder than the shows or movies and I have tried everything on my end but it's not fixed so I think it's a Netflix thing.

1★Netflix has gotten greedy and the content is not worth it. The change to limiting Netflix to one household prevents me from using the app while traveling. Their help page states that you can cast. But their app doesn't even provide the casting option so that you can. If you have a job where you travel often, then you are paying for a product that you can no longer use properly. On top of that, the content has gotten extremely poor that Netflix no longer is different than watching regular TV.

1★Really close to canceling my account after over a decade of having netflix. The level of GREED netflix continues to display and act on is disappointing. I can no longer access my account on multiple devices. Instead it wants me to add a member and of course pay more when already paying $16 a month. Disappointing and ridiculous. Honestly, I guess this will force most of us to go back to basics, owning physical copies of our favorite TV shows and movies, instead of paying to own nothing.

1★There are a lot of things that have become annoying about Netflix, but most of those things are annoying about all streaming services. However, not being able to cast to my TV on an ad-supported plan is app breaking. The usability of the service is entirely shot without being able to watch on my TV screen. There's literally no point in having it anymore, I'm not going to watch movies on a phone. Cancelling, this was a terrible cash grab idea for y'all.
