Passport Parking

completely unusable. App is stuck in an endless loop, so that I can't actually pay to park. Support team is useless, keeps giving me the same suggestions that I've already done. I can't even reply to them, because their app is so poorly designed I can't actually click on the text field: the resolution has it off the bottom of the screen and I can't select it.

Zones show as not available when they are. Can't add new vehicles because when selecting an input field, the keyboard pops up and dissappears immediately. If adding a vehicle is required for your parking session, then the app is unusable because you can't enter the vehicles details as required. Tip: use the web app instead. Samsung Fold 7 (inner screen and outer screen same behavior).

App updated overnight and now I am unable to log in via email. Support is unable to find my account either. Terrible design. All information gone just when I needed to extend my session. Also just as others have posted the name and logo in the app store are still showing the old ones. I am not the only one that has had issues with their account info. App must be using a different database or the dev team is just incompetent.

Thanks for the $40 parking ticket: I downloaded this app after I parked, added my payment and license plate info, selected my zone, and every time I tapped to pay and proceed, it sent me on a loop, back to enter the zone number again. So reluctantly I paid with card at the machine, knowing there was a chance I wouldn't be back in time, and sure enough, I was ONE MINUTE LATE and got a $40 ticket, mainly because this app wouldn't work—I could have easily applied extra time if it worked.

Wish I could give it a zero star rating. When you launch the app, it asks you for your 4 digit pass code, yet that obviously doesn't exist yet because I just downloaded it. So, I am unable to open the app and create a profile and use it because it requires that I enter a 4 digit code that I never created. So, until they change their app so I can access it, it will remain 1 star. And even if there is something I am missing, the app has no information about how to create an account and log in.
