Peacock TV: Stream TV & Movies

One of the worst streaming apps out there. Not intuitive and lots of small issues. The worst part, however, by FAR, is the ads. If you are on a tier with ads, I'm so sorry for the experience you also have to suffer through. Video start? Ad. Lots of 2 min long ads throughout as well. What separates Peacock from the pack is -- if you skip ahead or rewind -- another ad. So you sit through a 2 min ad, find out you needed to fast forward more, and are hit with another. Have fun with the Olympics.

Jumped on for a sale of premium for a year at $19.99. An hour in and decided it isn't worth it. 1.) I'm paying premium and need to watch ads? There are other streamers that are ad free and there are free streamers with plenty of content if I don't care about ads. The regular price of $79.99 is not worth it. I refuse to pay to watch commercials. 2.) Progress isn't saved. So if I need to exit and come back to something later I have to start completely over. Bad interface. I won't be renewing.

Please fix your lagging subtitles. 😢 Its frustrating to pay for a subscription that doesn't work correctly. Sadly, I and others in my household depend on the subtitles. I need both subtitles and sound to focus on what I'm watching. The subtitles lag so badly that when it goes to commercial, I've missed a large chunk of what was said because it cuts off. A small lag is one thing but it's literally like 20-30 seconds behind what is happening on screen. Please fix this! ❤️

It's annoying that they make you start your episode over or in a different spot (or even in the previous episode) than where you left off so you have to "fast forward" to get back where you left off, which means you have to watch more adds. Its their way to get you to watch more adds. And it's frustrating. So I watch the 2 adds when I first turn it on, to find out I'm not even picking up where I left off and have to fast forward, then I gotta watch 2 more adds for it to play.

App is nearly unresponsive and takes forever to load. Tried to use the website, as it's much, much faster, but can't watch anything because they want you to use the app. Can't even get past the login page without my phone timing out after sitting there for 5 minutes as it tries to load... UPDATE: Nearly 2 months later, no change. Wonderful app...
