Priceline: Hotel, Flight & Car

Its easy and does provide good info. However, I can't tell you how many times this app will show you a price and immediately change it, say its no longer available, or just reset. A good chance you won't get that nice price. Very annoying. and the standard search too much those early prices disappear. But its what I use when I'm comparing.

Priceline allowed me to book a 10:30 PM rental car pickup even though the location closed at 10:00 PM. My flight was scheduled to arrive at 10:50 PM, so the reservation was impossible even without delays. Customer service incorrectly blamed a flight delay instead of addressing the issue. Despite documentation and prior communication indicating reimbursement, they refused to refund both the reservation and transportation costs. This is now escalated with my credit card issuer and the BBB.

the app download advertisement indicated I would get savings, but the same product ended up costing me more than the website. I took screenshots of the initial deal, and called priceline because they price match themselves with a guarantee. the representative didnt want to hear it or see my screenshots. she just said that the prices fluctuate. I view this as theft. the experience of making money is all theirs. I wont use them again.

I love Priceline. They have some tremendous deals if you book in advance. Once, I changed reservations through Priceline and the first hotel I booked took the money out of my account ANYWAY! Needless to say, I was PISSED. I called Priceline and they refunded my money within an hour! If something goes wrong and it is not your fault, they will run over themselves to fix it! Booking a vacation? Do it cheaper with Priceline!

Worst app and service I’ve ever experienced. Booked through Priceline and got a confirmed reservation a week in advance. Showed up at the hotel on the day of my trip — no booking existed at all. Completely disappeared. No accountability, no proper support, and no urgency to fix THEIR mistake. I was left stranded with zero help after trusting this app with my trip. This isn’t just bad service — it’s outright unreliable and unacceptable. Priceline cannot be trusted with something as basic.
