Question.AI - Chatbot&Math AI

Okay, this is a great app, it works and answers are accurate most of the time. The issue here is I tried cancelling the annual subscription, and I sent an email regarding my request, and they gave me the instructions on how to request a refund, but when I try to do it, nothing shows up, there's no part that says, "report a problem" I'm writing this still in that 7-day purchase period, if devs could help me out, I would highly appreciate it.

So the constant nonstop ads are very very very annoying, I figured out that if you close the app and then come back the ad, goes away. I wouldn't mind watching the ads, it's just they pop up EVERY SINGLE SECOND. Anytime you ask it a question, there's are 95% chance that an ad will pop up and it's so annoying, not to mention, it's the same ads, over and over again. Also this app gets answers wrong, a lot! hey so it's 3/21/24. the ai has gotten worse.. it's not accurate at all! don't use this app

Infinite messages, little ads, great information, thank you! Not sure why you request camera access so much, but other than that nothing to write home about! If they do choose to add more ads, can understand if you need money to be honest. Truly a masterpiece especially compared to the "1 message per ad and one button if clicked just to message = 2 ads" type of apps...this ones so good I think this app should be more well known.

It is an easy to use app, but the problem is that it used to work super well. Almost always, The answers were correct, but now the answers are getting less and less correct, and I dont know what happened. It was doing so good for so long. Also, the problem is the whole limited snaps, Nobody wants to buy ultimate for the translator, which doesn't even work that Well, and they are way wrong. for instance, (Je veux te tuer = I wan't to kill you) (French) the app said it's "I wan't to hug you" FR!

It works great! It's fast even without wifi, and you can use it as many times as you want, and you don't have to pay for anything. When you're just cheating, it will tell you pretty much anything. You can also get it to roleplay (if you're into things like that) it did my math homework for me, and Grammer checked an essay (I got a b+ on both)
